Importante compartir el nombre de la cuenta a través de nuestro canal [**support@payvalida.com**](mailto:support@payvalida.com)**.** Para conocer el nombre de la cuenta, diríjase a *<mark style="color:purple;">**ACCOUNT SETTINGS/Account Management/Account**</mark>* donde encontrarás el campo **“Account name”** en cual corresponde al nombre de la cuenta. Este nombre debe coincidir con el nombre del punto 1.
