Al dar click a la opción “Recargar” podemos visualizar la siguiente pantalla donde encontraremos dos métodos de pago para realizar recargas en la billetera: 

1. Pago a través de transferencia bancaria (PSE). 
2. Pago en efectivo en puntos de recaudo. 
3. Pago en efectivo en corresponsales bancarios.

Recargar: Pago a través de transferencia bancaria (PSE)

Para realizar la recarga por medio de transferencia con PSE se ingresa en esta casilla el monto de la recarga, el monto debe ser igual o superior a 5000, en caso de requerir algún tipo de soporte se puede hacer clic en el link “clic aqui”.

Cuando eliges recargar con pago en efectivo, debes seleccionar uno de nuestros aliados entre las opciones.

Este es un ejemplo tomando el punto de pago Gana.&#x20;

Se debe tener en cuenta el número de convenio y la cédula registrada en Payválida para realizar tu recarga en efectivo, el saldo recargado se verá reflejado en aproximadamente 1 minuto.

Recargar: Pago en efectivo en corresponsales bancarios (Bancolombia)

Para recargar con pago en efectivo en corresponsal bancario lo puedes realizar a través del banco Bancolombia, cuando haces clic en este medio se muestra una pantalla donde están los datos que debes dar al cajero en el corresponsal bancario o directamente en el banco.
