# Introduction

{% hint style="success" %}

### Version 1.0.0

{% endhint %}

To complete a payment with Payvalida, this process allows the merchant to make a payment order inquiry, and for this to be in charge of providing all the order data to complete the collection.

The flow for this collection model is as follows:

![Communication with the merchant occurs at the time of collection.](/files/-MNstiSX46qaOj1LYZyP)

## [External Consultation](/api-cashin-plus/api-cashin-plus-en/api/externalconsultation.md)

The process consists of making a query about the payment order to the merchant. This means that the merchant has total control over the reference to be collected and the collection network through which to make the payment.

## [Notification](/api-cashin-plus/api-cashin-plus-en/api/notificacion.md)

The notification process consists of reporting to the merchant those orders that have changed status, that is, notifying the orders that have been modified, either because Payvalida has received the payment, either because it has expired or through some other process.

## **Conectividad y seguridad**

The connection to the API is made through the internet using cryptographic protocols from TLS 1.2 and 1.3

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.payvalida.com/api-cashin-plus/api-cashin-plus-en/master.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
